Terms of Service

1. What Raave does

Raave helps single-location businesses request and track customer reviews. This includes generating tracked review links and QR codes, sending review requests by text or email, logging clicks and delivery status, and pulling in reviews from connected platforms such as Google Business Profile.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use most of the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.

3. Plans and billing

• •Raave offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Standard and Founding rate), billed monthly or annually.
• •Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• •Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record for your purchase.
• •You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't automatically refund the current billing period — see our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Raave only for legitimate review requests to your own real customers, and not to send unsolicited messages, incentivize fake or misleading reviews, or otherwise misuse the Service in a way that violates the terms of any connected platform (such as Google) or applicable law.

5. Connected platforms

Some features rely on third-party platforms (for example, Google Business Profile) that you connect to your account. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or changes to their APIs.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service, including sending abusive or fraudulent review requests.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that review requests will result in reviews, or that connected platforms will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Raave isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect.
