Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Raave, operated by Sangeeth Amirthanathan, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("Raave", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and password when you sign up.
  • Business information — your business name, location, and the Google Business Profile (or other platform) you connect.
  • Customer contact details — names, phone numbers, or email addresses you enter to send review requests on your behalf.
  • Usage data — clicks on tracked review links and QR codes, delivery status of requests, and general product usage.
  • Billing information — handled directly by our payment provider, Paddle; we don't store your card details ourselves.

2. How we use your information

We use this information to provide the Service — sending review requests on your instruction, tracking link clicks, pulling in reviews from connected platforms, processing subscription payments, and emailing you about your account or new reviews. We don't sell your data.

3. Sharing with third parties

We share information only with the service providers needed to run Raave, including our payment provider (Paddle), email and SMS delivery providers, our hosting provider, and platforms you explicitly connect (such as Google Business Profile). We don't share your data with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we'll delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time by contacting us. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections and hashed passwords — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know before they take effect.
